One or more products in my order are damaged. What should I do?

To return a product that was damaged during delivery, please contact our Customer Service team by email at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Please note: any damaged merchandise during delivery must be reported within 48 hours (2 business days) of receiving your order. 

I received an item I didn’t order. What should I do?
